Because he was so much younger then LL, he would dominate up until late 2000's where Wladimir FINALLY wins his belt around 2009 via UD against an old past prime yet still dangerous Tua. Vitali would be irrelevant.

Shavers his power is overrated. Chuvalo his chin is probably overrated too, it's very good but he himself was very good on the defence too. He didn't get many punches on the jawline. He would still be p4p nr1. And you would need cruisers to stop him.
