^ Thankyou both I just simply try to type how I feel unlike alot of other posters who just post pure bull**** most of the time.
The only way De La Hoya loses to Forbes is if he has both of his arms amputated in the dressing room before the fight. Seriously this fight will be nothing but a blowout for Oscar. Forbes is just way too small to be fighting De La Hoya. It's a jnr welter fighting a jnr middle as it was when Oscar fought Floyd, but the difference is that Forbes is nowhere comparable to Mayweather.
hell of a big if mate, but miracles do hppen, i suppose floyd might fight hatton next , or anyone who brings alot of money. just as long as there not a true welterweight :good
Thats somewhat bull****. Recently Forbes has been fighting at 140 and was fighting very small as a Welterweight on the contender while Floyd had 3 straight fights as a Welterweight and 2 straight agianst the 2 most recent Ring Champions when he fought Oscar so lets not try and make it into another Oscar picks on small fighters thread.
Sadly I gotta agree the only big guy he will fight is Oscar besides that he will just go for the green. Mosley,Margarito and Cotto all deserve that fight with Floyd but Floyd doesnt seem them as draws so he will never fight them no matter how great any of the 3 ever look and they all 3 have had some brillant moments over the last few years.
the funny thing is i would pick floyd to beat them all, its the fights all the fans want but sadly for floyd its been more about money for the last few fights, i suppose you cant blame him,not many fighters can make what he makes, just an example of why the sport is not what it once was i guess. The fans miss out thats the problem
Forbes last 2 fights were at 140 + 142 lbs. Oscar is fighting him at 150lbs. Oscar has been a jnr middle for approx the last 6 or so years.I repeat this is nothing but a blowout win for De La Hoya.
Your dam right but the way you put together your words it seemed like you are trying to make Oscar sound like a bully who just fights smaller fighters. Not trying to start **** or anything thats just how I took it :good
Retire! Retire! Retire! Retire! :happy :happy :happy :happy :happy :happy :happy :happy :happy :happy :happy :yep :rofl
I agree Floyd probablly does beat all 3 fighters but agian theres a reason hes called the best. Its just ok lets fight his toughest challengers and prove your status as number 1 in the entire world isnt bull****. You say your better then Ray Robinson then prove it do what Ray did and fight and beat the best guys out there. I disagree somewhat you look at most of the other fighters out there the top guys in the past 12 months have been fighting each other its just manily the top dog Floyd isnt. Not calling Hatton a bum or a Oscar rematch a bad fight but theres better fights out there especially the 3 mentioned at his weight class. But I agree to a extent with the money part cause Floyds so ****ing greedy he just wants what makes him the most money and from what I understand it wasnt like that in the previous decades.
Ok what did Oscar do to **** you off ? Pick on smaller guys, fight a Tito leftover, get a gift decision, beat the **** out of Chavez(I guess he was supposed to lay down for that *******),sing a pop song that bothered you, make too much money,be too handsome or just simply **** up one your favorites.
Sorry. I am actually a big fan of De La Hoya. He has always wanted to fight the best over the years. I just mean that this fight is just a no risk tune up for Oscar. That's fair enough i suppose as he has a big fight coming up in September.
