De gale is irrelevant now and boring..... no one is interested in him any more and there are bigger and better and younger fighters around the scene to watch so who cares what he does anymore.

 

I dont think he's boring at all. I have a lot of intreage as to how he will be next time.

Not every fighter is the biggest and best and they dont have to be.

I have been a fan of his but I haven't seen any improvement. He got the title from Dirrell, who never lived up to the hype either. Hopefully he gets the title back but it won't be easy. In the end Degale is an average belt holder at best.

For years now I've been saying he just needs to sort his stamina out, stop laying on the ropes and straighten out his shots.

Literally hasn't done any of that.

I think he will get the belt back and i wont be surprised if he does it in impressive fashion but moving foforwad i can't back him to ever beat a top 10 opponent

 

If he looses Warren will try to feed him to Yarde. Buncy mentions it on this weeks BN podcast.

 

He got into a bit of a confrontation with Caleb Plant at the press conference today. Could be a Potential future opponent now that there's some "BEEF!!"

 

Yes he will have to fight him, IBF will enforce it ASAP. They don't like having multiple belt holders like other organizations.

Degale will lose that fight too. IMO his best bet is to beat Truax then drop the belt and call out someone like Eubank, Zeuge or Abraham.

 

It's a thought worth pondering but he's lucky 168 is weak. If he loses he could still bounce back and get a title shot in 2019.

He can't afford to move up to a killer division like 175 and he can't move down to 160, a division that's heating up.

Degale must very careful with every decision he makes from this point forward.

 

I'm intrigued.

 

He should rematch Paul Smith jr.

 

Only once he wins the title back. Paul Smith isn’t going to waste him time fighting Degale in a non title fight.
