    I think he means a Mexican citizen. If DLH were a Mexican citizen he would be a god in Mexico. But DLH is not a Mexican, he is a citizen of the United States of America, and for that reason alone, Mexican nationals will never accept him. U.S. Latinos however I think accept him for the most part.
