Jorge arce would be a "passing of
The torch fight" reminisent of when legend zaragosa lost to a young morales

He's already arguably top 3. That would just further cement his status as one of boxing's very best. And if he destroyed Nishioka, I wouldn't argue anybody calling him the best in the world.

he would be where pacquaio was at years ago when he was destroying the number one guys in that weight class. He's 27, its his time.

arce is past his prime and nishioka beat an old marquez. he'd have to beat gamboa, gary russell jr, or mikey garcia or some of the young monsters to be 3. either of the three, i'm not too picky.

no. Arce is too old and that Jap fighter is only known for beating an old semi retired fighter.

Nishioka is older than Rafael and had knocked out Johnny Gonzalez.

You know there's actually a good chance Sergio calls him out at a 149 pound catchweight too eventually.

gamboa has not faced any p4p fighters like nonito has, gary russell jr. is unproven at this point. Mikey garcia is pretty good but even he is not p4p material. Gamboa is the most skilled but will probably move up in weight faster than donaire does. If gamboa hangs around at 130 he might face him then. Also do you know if gamboa has the skill to move up in weight and still be effective, we know donaire does as evidenced by a 3 weight class champion.
