If Dubois beats Usyk, is he the 2nd greatest British heavyweight ever?

No matter what happens in the rematch a prime Usyk dominated him and made him quit.
Usyk is now 38 years old and coming off two pretty hard fights with the general consensus second best heavyweight of this generation in Tyson Fury. Normally a 27 year old prime fighter coming off a dominant win over a top 5 heavyweight would be the favorite against an older smaller champion but Usyk is something special. No doubt it would be a good win but he wouldn't surpass Fury IMO also I think that Usyk is going to beat him again anyway. It will probably be more competitive than the first fight I am thinking Usyk by decision this time.
