lmao god no. enzo was a huge domestic unification who had a decent resume at the time. nothing will ever change that.

kinda like saying would it hurt louis' legacy if he lost his title to a lightheavyweight. doesn't change anything.

Yes but at the time they were billed as being roughly the same size.

Now the win may go down as that over a "blown up Lightheavyweight".

Could you ever imagine Haye making 175 lbs?

How does beating a lump like Enzo add to anyone's "resume"? What has Haye ever done to make himself worthy of a legacy? After one of the Klits cracks his skull in half no one will ever think of him again.

so does wlad beating byrd count as just a "blown up lightheavyweight"?

could you evr imagine wlad making 175lbs?

i think byrd is by far wlad's most impressive victory, but his tenure at lhw(about as short as i expect mac's to be) takes absolutely nothing away from wlad's victory in my eyes.

nor will mac's comeback detract from haye's victory. it was a hugely demanded fight, both were legitimate champs (the only 2 in the division) the fight absolutely had to happen.

In the same way Byrd's light heavyweight venture hurt Wlad's, I suppose?
    :huh

That fight was a long time ago. Calzaghe beat him when he was considered good and at the top of his division. Doesn't diminish that. And he knocked him out.
