Wilders gonna get cocky at some stage in the fight and I can see Ortiz catching him with something a bit meaty, then Wilders gonna back foot and jab his way to a decision half scared imo

Exactly my point, Wilder don't have whiskers and technique to able to withstand Ortiz's power.

 

He's rangy and athletic, he could make Ortiz look every bit his real age if he runs and jabs all night. If he comes to fight though Wilder, it gives Ortiz a big chance to land !

 

Malik did the same and lost the fight. I remember how Malik claimed that he will show that he is this defensive master but ended up running all night and didn't win a round. Hope, Wilder at least fights not run.

 

If Ortiz has a chin like Dorticos, Wilder is in deep ****.

The closer this fight gets, the more I favor Ortiz.

Ortiz looked good vs Martz. He was not in the ring for almost one year so we should allow him to be a bit rusty but still he knocked down Martz with a nice body shot in the first and get the job done in the second round after 40sec with a beautiful straight left to the head. I do not see any sign that he is in bad form or something. I even think he will improve his shape till the Wilder fight a lot.

 

Wilder fans better start to learn Spanish as granpa Ortiz is gonna be their new king.
