IF Evander Holyfield dies in the ring who would you blame?

To be real.

He is in better shape than 90% of heavies.

He can still go a full 12 rounds

He has been in wars with so many great fighters and took loads of punches yet still speaks pretty damn good.

He beat Valuev just as convincing as Haye did IMO

 

I blame his 47 kids. Those ungrateful little brats are the reason Evander still has to lace em up.

 

Sucks that fighters always end up in financial trouble as they get older, after such hard lives aswell.

In holyfields case its just all those damn kiddies.

 

I agree. Evander can still hold his own with the mid-level heavy. I just hope he doesn't get a shot against a guy who can punch. Wlad, Haye even Solis could put Holy in a coma.

The man stands on his own two feet and knows the consequences of his choices. Giving governing bodies more control is not the answer.

 

I would blame...Holyfield. He knows what he's doing. He got himself into this position.

The Klits are a certain loss IMO, Haye? I dunno, he can't fight on the inside at all and his main attack is a basic 1-2.

Unfortunately because of the weakened division he is still competitive and commissions know that he will be in every fight he is matched in.

To answer the question....Who would be to blame?:
1. Him...his arrogance and stupidity for spending all of his money in luxury.
2. His accountants and lawyers for not warning him every time they see him that he was spending too much money.
3. And most of all i would blame George W. Bush ....because it is fashionable to blame him for everything.

 

Evander's brain is probably already ****ed up with all the wars

 

I'd blame the people who continued to grant him a boxing license.
