The ****ing Drug Testing clause was outline in the contract from Day 1 :patsch

I could see if he just came up with some bull**** out of the blue, but they knew what they were getting from Day 1. Mayweather signed his part of the clause(Rightfully so because he came in overweight in his last weight). They didn't hold up their part in the agreement however.

So Floyd & GBP have a crystal ball and could foresee Manny & Top Rank not signing it?

I am just speaking from my personal conversations. I've yet to run into somebody in my life who thinks Mayweather is to blame.

I am sure they are out there, but I have not met one yet. I am friends with a lot of Filipinos and their families. They do not like what Manny did with the Mayweather negotiations at all. These are HUGE Pacquiao fans as well and even they are not supportive of his recent actions.

Why did floyd really initiate the RBT? It was plain as day that it was not because he wants to help the sport of boxing to clean up its act. He was looking for a possible way out of the fight. He was thinking that if he keeps adding demands, he will eventually hit on something that pac will not agree with.

And when the negotiations was at a standstill, GBP and mayweather came out with those press releases that was obviously a smear job. If Mayweather was truly interested in fighting pac, why would he jeopardize the fight by accusing/implying thru those press release that pac is using peds? They could have continued negotiating with pac's team and keeping their word about the news blackout during the negotiations but they didn't.

Mayweather initiated the RBT. Mayweather initiated those press releases that were detrimental to the fight getting done while they were still negotiating. Mayweather DUCKED! As usual. :D

Actually Arum is the one who first broke the media silence because Bob got mad and decided to throw a hissy-fit in front of the media because they wanted a way out of the fight.

Secondly, if the testing demands were made to duck Pacquiao, was Mayweather trying to duck Mosley too by MAKING THE SAME REQUEST?!??!?!

How can you even logically back that up: Mayweather asked for random drug testing against Pacquiao, Pacquiao refused and went to fight somebody else. Mayweather asked for random drug testing against Mosley, Mosley agreed and now we have a fight on our hands.

If it was made to "duck" Pacquiao, why would he continue to make the same request to EVERY OTHER FIGHTER HE PLANS TO FACE??? Mayweather is planning to duck them all??? Yea right. Your argument holds no water.

Logic is your friend, seriously. I thought we figured this out over 2,000 years ago in Ancient Greece? Some people haven't got the message yet I guess.

Logic says that if you turn down $40 million because of a PED test, you are acting guilty. Logic says anybody who is a clean athlete takes the $40 million PED tests without complaint.

They asked for olympic style testing from the very beginning and Pac's team agreed, they then went back on their agreement and said they didn't want Pac to take olympic style tests.

Can you post a link to the press releases from Mayweather in the build up to the fight where he smeared Pac's name? From what I remember he said he wants to make it clear that he's accusing Pac of taking anything.

    Fair enough.

I am friends with a lot of Asians and Philipinos. Most of them I know blame Floyd, although I have noticed that a lot of them do say that Pac should just take the ****in test and whip Floyd's ass. And that he's acting like a spoiled ***** for not doing it.

Uhhhhmmmm.... Maybe because he'll be exposed as a coward and a blatant ducker in the pac negotiations? He has no other choice but to insist RBT in all his future fights because it was the RBT that broke the pac/mayweather negotiations.

We wouldn't be seeing Mayweather/mosley if it wasn't for the haiti earthquake. It would have been more likely mayweather/hatton fight.

Floyd was trapped into fighting mosley. And if you're too blind to see it then no amount of laser eye surgery can correct that.

Do your own searching. But I do remember the press releases around or near christmas time. And btw, pac didn't agree to the olympic style testing. He thought it was the same as the nsac urine tests, just that it'd be random. When he found out it was random blood test without a cut-off period, that was when they rejected it.

How do you get trapped into signing a contract? You either sign, or you don't. We get a fight we want to see, and suddenly a fighter got "trapped." HAHHA You guys are so hateful it is ****ing pathetic, seriously.

Your whole post was built on conjecture. Not a shred of evidence.

What we do know is negotiations were considered to be very cordial according to both parties and that neither party was hard to work with. They also worked out a deal in roughly 2 weeks. Those are the facts.

The Mosley camp had no issues working out a deal with Mayweather, another fact. Pacquiao did and ran away to fight Clottey 2-3 days later after a MONTH OF NEGOTIATIONS WITH MAYWEATHER, another fact. How do you justify Manny signing a fight just 2-3 days after leaving the negotiations? Duck! They already had Clottey lined up, that's why. Notice Mayweather did not have a ready-made opponent after the negotiations fell through? BECAUSE MAYWEATHER WAS ACTUALLY PLANNING TO FIGHT, PACQUIAO WAS NOT AND ALREADY HAD HIS BACK UP PLAN IN CLOTTEY.

First it was "Mayweather is not going to fight Mosley." Now it is "Mayweather got trapped into fighting Mosley?" LOL -- you guys seriously are pathetic.

So after Mayweather beats Mosley, you going to stick with the "he got trapped" BS? LOL I am sure you will move on to the "he picked him cause he knew he would win" BS after that.

Let go of the haterade, it does not allow you to think clearly.

I think Floyd was using this tactic to make Pac mad by accusing him of using roids so he would loose control when they fought. Its all mind games, but thats my opinion.
