If that little chicken-**** had the slightest reason, he'd have made it public by now to try to salvage his sorry ass in the PR battle.

There was never a hint of juice till ol' papa crackhead started his ramblings after Pac destroyed Cotto.

    Never a failed test.

    Nothing.

The entire basis of the issue was Hattons' failed, overpaid and exposed trainer sayin' Pac couldn't possibly have beaten Cotto without roids.

Not only no proof, but not even a shred of evidence.

And nervous li'l Floyd jumped on the excuse.

Anybody who thinks Floyd is on a mission to clean up the sport is talkin' outta their ass, Pretty.

    Precisely.

There is no real debate here, just a contrived piece of unfounded innuendo and slander to cover up a shitload of fear.

His reason is that he has doubts that Pacquiao is taking something, he's not going to come out and say it though as Pac would have a stronger chance of winning any lawsuit over it, that and it would make Mayweather look bad accusing someone without proof.

So he does the next best thing, he insists on randon drug testing in their fight so he can find out for sure if Pac is clean or not, by Pac refusing the tests Mayweather is probably convinced more than ever that Pac is cheating and many neutral boxing fans think he's hiding something too.

Mayweather comes away without accusing anyone publicly and team Pac have made themselves look like they've got something to hide.

This is what's holding you back from seeing the truth.

The test or series of test had been agreed to. Disagreement was, how long would be the open window be without blood test.

You can dress it up anyway you want but Pacquiao rejected olympic style random testing even though they agreed to it originally.

Saying you will take 3 blood tests that you know where and when they will be taken so that it leaves a big window to still take performance enhancing drugs without getting caught (according to the USADA) is not what they have asked for.

Mayweather has clearly asked the opinions of people who know what they are talking about on the subject and that is why he knows what tests he feels are acceptable or not.

Agreed, some boxing fans hate Mayweather so much that they would rather blame him for suggesting random blood testing than Pac for not agreeing with it and thus walking away from the fight.

Again, you seem to be picking out one part to find fault with instead of looking at everything I've said to make out you're right, they call that building a strawman argument.

Pac refused the olympic style random testing, he didn't refuse the standard testing that the boxing commission carry out or a set of blood tests with a big enough window for balco to work their magic in, he did refuse the tests that were put forward.

    This is fact.

AND, it has been discovered that the random testing pac agreed to don't test for EPO and HGH

interesting for him to agree to testing that doesn't test for the very substances that his accusers believe him to be on, but he will take testing that does not look for those

    Doubts are not evidence.

If he had a shred of a reason to think that pac was juicing any more than say, Oscar or Hatton or anybody else he's fought, he should present it.

This is simply a manufactured issue.

He already has said it implicitly. What he hasn't said is WHY he thinks so, other than Pac couldn't possibly be that good without drugs.

    And that don't cut it.

    Precisely.

    And that's how he looks.

Not just without proof, but without any evidence or reason whatsoever.

(other than he doesn't want the fight).
