    Boxing would be much better.

Forget fighting styles/talent for a minute, this guy has big bollocks.

Look how fast his career has moved, he's never ducked a challenge and he's the opposite of most boxers with their padded resumes.

He takes the politics out of boxing by taking the challenge and knocking the guy out. How many people would take the risk of going away from home to fight the undisputed champion of their division in only their 21st fight?

Now even though he's clearly struggling to make the weight, he can't help but have one more fight to prove a point to big mouth Enzo when it would have been easy to go to heavyweight.

Much credit to Haye and I hope he knocks Enzo out despite only being at 70%. After this, no doubt he'll take the hard route to being heavyweight world champion....

And no easy first defence like most guys who've just won a title.

    what?

he's right. You just can't knock Haye's attitude. He's an almighty breath of fresh air in the current boxing climate.

Yep, his first defence is a unification bout in a HUGE domestic dust up.

Haye is a godsend to boxing. He has had ONE boring fight. Other than that he kos or gets ko'd. He loves the challenge, he must get a rush from it all.

if all boxers were like haye there would be very few fighters with zero`s beside there resume.

this is the way it used to be.

beleive it or not as little as 20 years ago you had to beat 3 genuine top 10 fighters to get a title shot.

there are fighters who are established champs who have not faced that many.

    Tell me how's that wrong.

And just watch when he eventually joins the heavyweight ranks, he'll fight somebody like Rahman, which is a very tough fight for a guy in his 2nd fight in the heavyweight ranks and because he'll have a good ranking, I'd expect him to immediately seek a fight with one of the champions. And he'll definitely want Vitali and although Haye could go down against Vitali, Haye's power vs Vitali's chin would be an interesting meeting too.

Most good fighters would be destroyed by their mid to late twenties If they had too many tough defences.
