Makes no sense, Floyd just recently unretires then he will retire again? Tho I'm all for it for the good of boxing. Floyd's fights just bring controversies that's killing boxing.

That's the only thing being floated around or Floyd could end up in jail if he will be convicted in the Pacquiao lawsuit.

What are the other options for Floyd? Maybe you can tell.

Kills boxing? When an american fighter can come over here to the UK on a promotional tour and have thousands of people wanting to see him, that doesn't indicate to me someone who is killing boxing. Your ignorance amazes me.

At this point and time Floyd Mayweather is one of boxing's biggest draws. He can fight anyone he wants. If he wants:

    Paul Williams,
    Margarito,
    Mosley,
    Clottey,
    Cotto,
    Berto,
    Cintron,
or Pacquiao he can have them at any moment.

You know with regard to the original post, its posters like you that make me want to see FMJ beat Manny. I like Manny but the unnecessary hate that Mayweather is getting is beyond unreasonable.

Nah, was looking forward to the FMJ-Pac fight too much, I wont watch any of those guys ever again if this fight doesnt happen because its completely unacceptable. It will be the beginning of the end for boxing & if the 2 top men dont give a ****, why should I ?

Seriously man, you think PAC doesn't get the same amount of unnecessary hate? Look around, open your eyes and try not to feign ignorance to support your biased POV.

Agree Pac can call the shots here. He can take on the number 1/2 guy at 140's for the WBO belt.

Fight a champion at 147'lbs or even 154lbs.

Or fight a huge name from the lightweight division.

    :huh Mayweather???

    For PBF

Williams (he is desperate for a big pay day and mainstream attention)
Mosley - needs one last pay day
Bradley - according to his promoter they will take PBF or Pac
    Berto - young and hungry
    M. Hatton -

Williams and Cotto is highly unlikely. At this point, Mayweather will not take a high risk for the amount of money they can bring. Only Pac is worth that risk.
