Even if 'most' people didn't think Pac was P4P No 1 any more, it certainly doesn't mean they think a guy who's fought once in the past 18 months is. As for Floyd 'historically' selling more PPV's, in the past 4 years he's been outsold by Pac (mainly through inactivity) and his numbers have been hugely exaggerated by the Oscar fight. Floyd has barely outsold Pac when they fight the same opponent and this is in his own country, and Pac has been facing them when they have 1 more L on their record.

This fight will be a huge seller because of both fighters being involved. Look at Oscar - Mayweather, neither fighter ever got anywhere near 2.4 million PPV buys before they fought each other but the fight sold itself. The same applies with Pac - Floyd, BUT Floyd will settle for 80% of less sales against an inferior opponent, than 50% of a much bigger pot just to sate his own ego and not risk his 0.

If he asks for more than 50% it's a blatant duck (again), unless he agrees to a higher % to the winner (which he won't).

No, 95% is how much Floyd should get. The fight will be one-sided so why should Floyd take a 50/50 deal? Floyd would get more money anyways as he doesn't have to pay as much people as Pacquiao but Floyd should get most of the money without question.
