If floyd is really just putting up an act and being a great actor at that. Maybe he can act civil with Arum then they can smoothen out a deal. Pac-Moseley is a good one too. its just that these promo outfits are ruining negotiations
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think Shane Mosley has a rematch clause in his contract. If this is so and the fight is close, it is very likely he will invoke it.
pbf vs pac will not happen, cmon guys. pbf will not drop his blood testing demand to save face for his "cleaning the sport" endeavor, and i think pac will still not submit to that demand unless be made as a mandatory procedure. mosley vs pac is possible, and i think its a much better fight due to each fighter's style.
Mayweather Jr. is going to cruise to an easy UD against Mosley. Mayweather/Pacquiao is going down November or December. C'mon people, how many times have we seen this **** in the past?
Williams doesn't bring anything to the table. No name recognition, no PPV numbers, no national fanbase, nothing. Furthermore, anybody who think Carlos Quintana and Sergio Martinez can outbox Paul Williams but, not Floyd is a MO-RON.
I think Floyd wins this one by KO. Shane is a tough guy and won't back down in a brawl. He'll hold for the first half of the fight but his legs will remind him of his age in the later rounds so he'll gamble it all and go for the KO. JET
Depending on HOW floyd wins...if he wins by using his advantage in speed to stay away and try to outpoint Shane without taking any risks then Shane will move on and I'm sure Floyd would be alright getting a "W" over shane no matter how ugly the fight. A win is a win. Shane will probably look forward to Manny in a fight where he knows Manny will take risks and give him more of a shot to actually win. No one will change Floyd and his style. Floyd is gonna win by any means necessary and if that means fighting safety first and avoiding Shane in the trenches you will see Floyd using his jab...footwork and elusiveness to pot shot on the out side...rack up points and win the majority of rounds.
It gives Mayweather more options if the fight is close, If the Pacquiao fight doesn't happen then he's got another big money fight with Mosley to fall back on.
I don't think Mosley vs Pacquiao will be much of an attraction if he's coming off a loss to Mayweather, even if it is close.
