Shittttteeeeeeddddddd - that would be horrible.

If he doesn't fight Cotto, if he wins, or Mosley, if he wins - then that's it for me. I will no longer defend this guy.

I've been done with him ever since he took the Hatton fight when he supposedly retired. Everybody called him out at WW and he says Im retired but the moment lil Hatton calls him out he says Im fighting cause he called me out. This guy has finally found a home he belongs.... the WWF.

Huh? I would love Mayweather - Hoya II, but a hatton???! I'll choose Cotto-Mayweather over these two.

I think we all knew the retirement was BS - but I didn't knock him for taking a big money fight - when that type of money wasn't being offered by anyone else.

The best Arum could do before 07 was offer Mayweather 8 million to fight Margo - I thought he was crazy for turning that down. Then 07 came and the fight with DLH was set up and then Hatton - two nice pay days. Can't fault him for that.

However - Arum is now on record stating that he will offer Floyd 20 million for the fight with Cotto - cause HBO is offering to put up 30 million. Cotto would get the remaining 10 and he's cool with that. With that being said - there's no reason that this fight shouldn't happen at the end of the year or beginning of the year. The Networks want it - the Fans want it - and Cotto want it. We're just waiting on Money May now.

He turned it down but got the same money for fighting Baldomir. And also the Ring and WBC title, instead of the WBO.

I agree. We just have to wait. Although I want to see the source where Arum says he will offer Mayweather 20 million.

I would disown both of them and Oscar as well, as Oscar is Hatton's manager. Floyd's always on shaky ground with me. I am currently not impressed with him and Oscar for fighting again. I haven't completely disowned Floyd or Oscar yet but that would pretty much force me too. And as far as Hatton goes if he forced 35, 000 brits to fly to vagas, only to get 5,000 of them tickets again, for a fight that every knows he has no chance of winner again he'd be out too.

The Hatton rematch would have to be at 140 pounds, but I would still be disappointed.

If I was Floyed I would take the easy money by fighting Dela Hoya and then fighting Hatton in Manchester. He could retire after these fights a an even more very wealthy man.

It doesn't matter who he fights now ... he's in his prime and he's not going to lose to anyone fighting right now !!
