Thats not even close to an answer to the thread question :rofl :rofl :rofl What the **** does "Yes!" mean? atsch
he does that top 5, but then he can fight for a mw title and if he won it.he would be number 1 EVER, at least i could make a very VERY STRONG ARGUMENT FOR THAT CASE !!
Top 10 maybe. Think about it, the only Welterweights he's beaten are Baldo, Judah and Cotto then. An aged Hoya, and Hatton who was already exposed at WW. Then he has chico and Castillo, ok good yeah....but not G.O.A.T. ingredients.
Questionable win that was avenged. Didn't show the same dominance over all styles that some peak, prime fighters showed against even better opposition. I'd still have to give him a top 10 in his respective weight classes, and always welcome to compare him to anyone lb for lb. Would do him a lot of good to continue fighting.
I'd have him Top 15, he would have an incredible resume Hatton Castillo (twice) De La Hoya Corrales Judah Gatti Add Cotto to that list and its really impressive, add to the fact he would be retiring undefeated and he would have a great legacy.
Yeah thanks smarty. But the thread states "If he beats Cotto" :good So, IF HE BEATS COTTO (answering the thread), he would've beaten Cotto.
He is already a great (even though I don't like him)! I would like to see him beat Cotto (I don't think so) and unify then retire. That would leave no question as to his dominance in his era...all that would be left would be to argue resumes'. By list do you mean in his respective weights or an all encompassing one (which is much harder and subjective)?
