That's the biggest load of bull**** I've ever heard. Who didn't know Floyd was fighting Marquez one month in advance to the announcement?

If Floyd wants a 60/40 then I wouldn't blame Pac for not fighting him, a 50/50 is fair.

Because the lineal/WBC champion and officially #1 offered the same amount of money. Stop playing silly, really.

Yes I do realise that, what's your point?

If this is an attempt to try and make Mayweather's resume bad then it's a failing one. You seem to forget that you're one that supported Margarito's claims about the entire planet avoiding him when his biggest CAREER victory at the time was Kermit Cintron. Mayweather's resume doesn't revolve around one division, he has a record from 130 all the way to 154.

About avoiding Margarito, please cut the crap. Back when Margarito was crying about how the entire world is avoiding him his biggest wins were Kermit Cintron, Manuel Gomez and Andrew Lewis. Fighters didn't avoid him they avoided the ZERO recognition and credit he would offer after losing to any of them. If there is a ducker then it's Margarito who has half dozen losses with zero avenged and zero attempts to avenge, so please keep this fraud who was exposed recently as a cheating no skill tomato can out of discussions. All the claims they made about him hit rock bottom and only the delusional ones will continue to believe people avoided him. Even the title he held was a paper vacant title he won. A win over Margarito in 2006 for Mayweather would be looked at LESS than a win over Baldomir, at least Baldomir offered the #1 spot and WBC/Lineal titles and wins over Clottey/Gatti/Judah, what did Margarito offer to confirm people avoided him?, any major win that would REALLY make top fighters avoid him?

Here's another question I'll drop you. You do know that there was a lineal champion at WW since 2001, right?, you also do realised that a unified champion was there for a while too, right?, where was Margarito?. If you try to hint that the entire division ducked him then you're beyond delusional especially after he has been exposed and BIG time recently.

If you mentioned Williams as an opponent Mayweather should have fought then sure, I'll agree. But Margarito? :patsch

Well my point is that you were calling a (human punching bag) to a fighter that happens to be Mayweathers biggest win at that weight that is all nothing more.

Unlike Margarito fans who were desperately talking big early in 2006 about his best wins(Cintron, Gomez and Lewis) I'd rather be honest. Gatti is also a far better win that Margarito's wins over Cintron/Gomez/Lewis which were basically his career defining wins at the time.

This comment is only acceptable if you're brand new to boxing, other than that it's a total in denial and ignorant post!
