If Floyd beats Mosley, would it be better than any win on Pacquiao's resume?

I see the Raheem fight as nothing more than a blip on Morales' record. Does it indicate he was old, or just under prepared against an unheralded opponent?

There are so many cases of boxers putting in poor showings against lesser fighters, I don't need to defend that.

So assuming it was down to that, look at the second fight. Morales started off well and looked great in the early rounds, proving he wasn't shot. For Pacquiao to turn it round and then stop the granite chinned Morales, was exceptional.

I don't rate the third win but the second was truly great, despite the Raheem fight.

I think a victory over Shane would be more impressive than the Pac's Cotto win. Cotto and pac are about the same size, a big, slick boxer like Shane is much tougher for both Pac and Mayweather in my opinion than Cotto.

Depending on how the Mayweather/Mosley fight plays out, I would put this fight up there with Pac's wins over Barrera and Morales, or maybe even higher... again depending on how it plays out.

I wouldn't even consider Pac's win over Marquez because he got a gift decision there. Marquez should have won.

jones looked great in the first round of the calzaghe fight, tyson looked like he was gonna knock out danny williams in the first part of his fight, and im sure if i thought about it i could give you a bunch of other examples of great fighters who look great for the early part of the fight. the raheem fight wasnt a blip, that wasnt the real erik morales in there or in the second pac fight and if you think otherwise you are a fool.

Are you sure that all those fights happened when those guys were still top ten p4p?

Morales 2 & 3, MAB 2, and JMM 1... I have my doubts about these fights.

Yes Pac has much more BIG wins going by fights and achievements... His resume is much deeper than Floy6ds.. But as a single fight this would be very high for Floyd....Not saying bigger than any single win for Pac but close...

Cotto can only go as low as 145 like his doctor said. Pac weighed in at 138 against Hatton. Pac had to be fed constantly to keep weight on in training. Pac is a weight division smaller (light welter).

This was Mosley coming back down from 154 to 147... He was jumping weight back and forth at the time which does n't help. Cotto was also unbeaten and had alot of momentum... Cotto looked great against Pac and I believe he was close to where he was pre Marg...but in that Mosley fight he left a little something in that ring.

The most respected wins are upsets. And pac has won severl fights that were upsets. The first Barrera fight, 2nd Morales fight, De La Hoya, Hatton (im not sure if he was the fav. or not but it was neck and neck) in addition, Pac has won many fights that were even money or very close odds like Cotto and 2nd Marquez fight, 2nd Barrera fight, etc.

Most of Floyd's fights he was the clear favorite, I think the only exceptions are his fights with oscar, Baldomir, and Hatton.
