If Floyd beats Mosley, would it be better than any win on Pacquiao's resume?

You can make the case that Barrera was not prepared for Pac when they first fought. No one know what pac capable at that point. However, I believe that version of Barrera was a better fighter than today's version of Mosley although Mosley it's close. Other than Barrera 1, I think Mosley is a better win than anything on Pac's resume.

    No it wouldnt

Pac beat a prime Barrera at the top of his game, ranked in the top 3 P4P, while moving up in weight and who is the lineal champion in a very deep division at the time.

Mosley isnt a top 3 P4P, not in his prime, and is the underdog.

But it would be Mayweather's best win on HIS own resume.

JMM at 130 was a better fighter than Mosley is today. And wether you think the judges scored it well or not, Pac won that fight fair and square.

Yea but prime Mosley is a better a better fighter than prime Barrera. Being an underdog don't mean ****. In hindsight, Pac should not have been as big an underdog as he was given that he was KOing everyone he fought at 122.

I'm saying Barrera was a better win, but I still think its conceivable that Barrera was not fully prepared for pac given his lack exposure. And btw, Mosley is a top 3 p4p at this point because p4p is a matter of opinion and in a lot of people's opinion he is top 3 p4p. Who makes your top 3 p4p?

It will definitely be PBF's best win if he does.

Mosley and Barrera are pretty much on the same level prime for prime.

That's total bull****. Barrera is/was-at-that-point the very definition of the professional fighter. Mother****ing Sun Tzu. I love Barrera and the Marquez bros. I'm half a mother****ing Chilango. That does not change the fact that Pac (nor Floyd for that matter) will probably never have a better win than Pac TKO MAB.

Well I thought Marquez won that fight clearly so I can't agree with you there.

However, if you did score it for Pac then I agree with you. JMM was definitely a better fighter then than Mosley is now.

I think everyone needs to relax though because May has yet to beat Mosley, but if May beats Mosley convincingly or even by KO then that changes everything.

I consider the Mayweather-Hernandez the biggest fight out of either guys career, though Pacquiao-Barrera is a definite comparison. Along with the Castillo and Corrales fights, this one doesn't rank as his biggest win of his own career but it certainly is one of his biggest wins since knocking of De La Hoya for the Super Welterweight belt.

Mosleys wins over Mayweather and Pac will be better than any of Pacs wins
