This is what I believe the supposed negotiations consisted of. Both camps expressed interest in the fights. Floyd's camp said we want full random testing or no fight. Manny's camp said we want 7 day cut off or no fight. Floyd's camp walked. That doesn't seem like negotiating to me. And since neither side had any kind of convo together it depends on your interpretation.

 

I can't say, wasn't there. According to one side it was, according to the other it wasn't. Team Pac could have felt they were trying to negotiate when offering 7 days, Team Mayweather could have felt that offer meant they didn't want to fight so they were done and there were no negotiations happening. It's all speculation because none of us were there.
