Linares had no plan B. He was miles ahead in skill, speed, power. He burned his gas tank imitating the power pellet taker bouncing around wasting energy. He didn't clinch. He had nothing to stop that left hook once his speed was gone. Once the fight wasn't going his way offensively it looks like there was no plan B.

Maybe someone could correct me on this, but doesn't Pacquiao still use Miguel Diaz as his cutman, and not Joe Chavez? I mean I know they're both respected in their field and that Linares' cuts would have been hard for anyone to fix, but I was just under the impression that Pacquiao used someone else. Or did Alex Ariza's temper tantrums finally get Diaz evicted from the Pacquiao camp?

 

Pac is not scared of his own blood while in a fight..that is clear.
