For his biggest payday and an easier fight he can fight PAC ! For a big payday and a easier fight then pac,he can fight HATTON in a rematch in his backyard ! I'd rather see Mayweather fight Mosley or Cotto. For pure financial reasons however, he'd best fight Pacquiao.
He should fight the best WW fighters but since he is scared of them, then he should fight both Pac and JMM at 140 or lower in case it's JMM.
