There's no way floyd will retire at 49-0, he will call it a day at 50-0,both of the last 2 opponents will be cherry picks. There are 3 opponents out there for him that are credible; khan, Thurman, Brook. He won't fight any of them.

Porter is more deserving though, even though he would lose too. Berto will come to fight. But, he's not on that level. Porter vs Berto would be interesting, though. Thurman vs Spence. Khan vs Brook (hehe). And Floyd vs Garcia (soft touch with a name) . That would be a pretty good card. Or you could interchange the matchups and it would still be good. Perhaps, Garcia vs Berto. Haiti vs PR. Floyd vs Porter. Though Porter would not necessarily be that semi-soft tough Floyd is looking for.

I think Crawford would be a great opponent for FLoyd if he could move up. Crawford is the real deal, and that speed would trouble floyd. That would be a great match up. Prime for prime, sure floyd's probably better, just have to see how crawford blooms now. Great speed, power and grit, and can box very well.

anything pointing to Berto-Mayweather is just to lower expecations of viewers/fans, so when they do announce opponent, ppl say, well compared to or thats better than berto
