I'm not so sure he would carve Cotto up. Cotto may have the best jab in the division, quick with a lot of snap. I think Coto would give Floyd problems with the jab and his power.

I would still favor Floyd though

if they have not equaled what floyd has done then how is it that he needs to fight them to secure a legacy:deal the fact that **** holes like yourself are praying that he loses before he retires is what fuels threads like these:hat

You have gotten better Bigtime, but that didn't answer his post at all. He was talking about up and coming competition at WW right now, not PBF's overall competition, he was saying Cotto's win over Mosley might be bigger than any win that PBF has on his resume, not that Cotto is more accomplished than anyone PBF has beaten.

No doubt that he is the Champ . . . question is . . . what now?

He's going to retirement again and duck the other title holders?

That's right he needs to fight Cotto and Williams . . . this is what the thread is all about.

i know exactly what he was saying. but he is full of ****. mosley is 36 years old and hasn't been a "champion" at 147 in over 5 years. so there is no way cotto beating mosley is better than floyd beating baldomir who was THE champion.

the **** boys on this board try and discredit floyd's competition at 147 but floyd has beaten champions at 147 cotto has not:deal

oh and kg you can go **** yourself with that "you have gotten better routine" that is psych 101:hat

you don't become the greatest of all time by beating contenders like williams and cotto. hagler didn't become an ATG by beating mugabi:deal cotto and williams have to fight each other to become great:good once the last man is standing then they will face floyd to become a new legend or a never was:deal

Floyd fought Zab and they said he is ducking Baldomir and Hatton. He Won.

Floyd fought Baldomir and they said he is ducking Mosley, Hatton, Margarito. He Won.

Floyd fought DLH and they said he is ducking Mosley, Margarito, Cotto, etc. He Won.

Floyd said he could get more than 9 mill which is what Margo offered, people said bs....Killed that.

Floyd is now fighting Hatton and they say he is ducking Cotto and Williams.

Has anybody fought tougher opposition over the last four fights?
    Judah
    Baldomir
    De La Hoya
    Hatton

No.....It's the same ****....just a different fight....A while back the flavor was Baldomir....then Margo....then Shane....now Cotto...if Floyd beats Hatton easily, you really think he can't box circles around Cotto - What if Shane were a few years younger against Miguel? Think Floyd Now.

To the guy who said 'the fans only want to see him lose before he retires' is correct. Floyd could never retire. There will always be someone he ducked according to irrational boxing fans.

Whatever....not my problem. Look foolish, like I said, you didn't answer his post. You had gotten better. Psych 101 is too complicated to explain you...your case is simpler.

Nobody is saying he is ducking Cotto and Williams . . . none yet. Wait for an offer and a negotiation then we can make judgement.

    The thread says What if?

sorry but this thread is about haters hating floyd and wanting him to lose to a fighter they think can take him. if he beats cotto and williams he will still get no credit for the victories:deal if you beat oscar de la hoya nd ricky hatton in the same year what makes you think fighting cotto and williams in the same year will top that:deal

it's not about ducking it's about what is the point. a hater like yourself will always find an excuse to denigrate floyd's accomplishments:deal

You name me a fighter more deserving than Cotto of a title shot? I guess all fighters that become champion should retire immediately because they accomplished more than the challengers below them.

Baldo a bigger win than Mosley :rofl :rofl , I will give credit where credit is due Baldo was the man and had to be taken care of but do you really think that version of Baldo was better than the Mosley Cotto just beat?
