Getting an exemption does not mean he did not cheat. It just exposes that/those organisations bending over for him.

So are you prepared to take your point of view to the Boxing hall of fame, do you think you can convince then Floyd is not an ATG?

All past their best years: Pac, Cotto, Oscar, Mosley, Marquez

100 percent can not argue this fact.

The Pac fight was the only fight of those that Floyd was past his best too.

The International Boxing Hall of Fame includes a mixed bag of characters and membership does not necessarily equate to a place in an All Time Great listing - say within a top 100. Not surprising, since there are over 100 inductees under the 'Modern' category, alone.

Mayweather is, of course, a first ballot shoo-in for the IBHOF. His ATG status and ranking, on the other hand, are clearly still up for debate and the topic of Mayweather's historical standing will no doubt be as divisive as the topic of Mayweather, as an active Boxer.

How anyone can say that Floyd is not an ATG at this point in his career is beyond me

No ****, he has the best resume of this generation.

I don't like the guy but I'll give props when props are due. He's without a doubt the best boxer of this generation and a top 20 ATG.

He's an ATG Doper. You've gotta respect a guy who can bribe and get an anti-doping agency under his wing.

OMG, you have to be about 13 years old. All Floyd has is his 0, yet you can count on one hand the amount of elite/prime fighters he faced and can count twice more of them that he somehow didn't face. What a resume!

Lots of people might if they keep adding titles to weight classes and creating weight classes.

But what's wrong with this ****ysis is this.

You go into the lower weights and there's a title on the line every 3lb or 4lbs. yet you get into the higher weights and they go up every 7-8lbs or in some cases, like lightheavyweight to cruiser, 25bs.

So if two fighters of equivalent ability both clearly better than the rest fight and gain 23lbs along the way. The lightheavyweight fighter wins 2 titles and the smaller guy who started off at 112 and ended up weighing 135 wins 7 titles, even though their skill level is exactly the same.

That's what's wrong with this argument.

Now Hurricane Hank had only 3 titles but he held them at the same time, those being at 126, 135, 147. That would be todays equivalent of holding the 126, 130, 135, 140, 147 ALL AT THE SAME TIME. and there was only one champion per division, so you couldn't cherry-pick who's belt you wanted, you had to fight the champion.

well he is an ATG, somewhere in the top 40s though. in an era where the top contenders are better than the actual title holders i don't think him beating 24 or 25 world champions hold much weight. you'd notice how much the talent pool has died down when you compare the names on his record to someone like leonard or any past great besides chavez

All you need to know is that Baldomir was a champion, can you imagine that occurring in the days of SRL, Hearns, Duran, and Benitez?
