no, i consider hatton and oscar as a good victory for floyd. but sadly, he never fought any elite welters of his time.

i honestly think that if this fight dosent go through it will damage mannys rep more the floyds,
think about it, the manny that has been painted by the boxing world would have taken any sort of drug test without hesitation, passed it and made floyd look like an ass. instead he makes up this weird stuff about not wanting to loose a bit of blood within 30 days before the fight becouse it will effect his preformance(look up hatton pacquiao 24 7)
floyd s rep will be dameged but not as much as mannys

  4. Whether it's true or not, the perception has been that Floyd avoids fighting the best fighters, at least since he's moved up from 135. Pacquiao does not have a similar stigma attached to him. So regardless of whether this is truly Pacquiao ducking Floyd, Floyd ducking Pacquiao, or something else entirely (which we will never actually know) - it's just going to look worse for Floyd.

The fact is, Floyd right now has a chance to silence many of those critics and he can do it by fighting a smaller man.

It'd be tough to argue that a guy with more lineal titles than anyone in history is a ducker.

If this fight is not made, it will be the final nail in the coffin for mayweather's reputation. Even before the negotiations for this fight, floyd was already being accused as a ducker and someone who handpicks his opponents. He will forever be called an all time great ducker if he does not fight pacquiao.

In pacquiao's case, the accusations of him using PEDs is weak because it came from floyd. This accusation actually only reinforces the argument that floyd is a ducker and will say anything to duck an opponent he thinks can beat him.

Lol. There was an interview by Paul Williams saying, Floyd would not fight me because I am too big for him and he then told that Floyd has been fighting smaller guys.

Even Sr. agree that only Paul could give his son problems. Cleary, they dont want to fight Paul.

Give it up, Floyd didn't really try hard to go after any of those guys.

...and a true story, Floyd once barked at Winky, Winky barked back, Floyd ran away with his tail between his legs.:deal

Go to BS with these type of ignorant threads. Mayweather is obviously the one that has agreed to every single demand from Arum, Pacquiao can't even agree to 1 request from Floyd. How can anyone say that Floyd doesn't want this fight when the sole reason for his comeback was to fight Pacquiao?

It's Floyd were talking about here, he has a history of not fighting the best on his weight class.

It would seem that Team Pac are chopping and changing
their demands soo much that I wouldve thought it was
obvious that it isnt Mayweather who was ducking.
