If Floyd Ever Fights Manny...

    Doesn't it prove that he was full of **** and ducking him up till this point because his last excuse was he didn't want to do business with Arum? I'm pretty sure Manny isn't leaving Arum and will retire with Top Rank so if Floyd ever fights him then the Floyd fanatics/apologists will be forced to accept the fact that he has been ducking him and is only fighting him because he feels the timing is right and he has slipped. As I said before, I am a bigger Floyd fan than most of the Floyd fanatics/apologists because I have been watching him closely since '96 and paid $1200 to see him fight Cotto in Vegas. I don't know anyone else who has done that who argues with me constantly about him ducking dudes. I love how people label me a "*******" because I refuse to defend his ducking ways despite the fact that I love him as a boxer. Even though Manny is also an all time great and has become more of a boxer in the last couple years, Floyd is clearly the superior boxer, I just wish he had Manny, Canelo and Oscar's "I don't really care who I fight" mentality.

    You can't argue with *****s common sense and logic escapes them ..Your not a ******* if you blame Floyd ,he and his father came up with all the PED accusations ,he was the one that said Manny had to leave Arum and he was the one that admitted to hand picking opponents !!

    It's easy yo see who's where most of the fault lies ,yet you can still be a fan of both guys ..

    That's correct. Floyd has been using a list of excuses to duck the fight and the *****s are too stupid to realize it.

    Floyd started the cold war to duck dudes (namely Pacquiao) and the fact that Manny needs money has no bearing on whether Floyd ever fights him. If Floyd wanted the fight it would have happened twice by now. Floyd is in the driver's seat not Manny. You honestly think that Pacquiao (a dude who has consistently fought larger men, many of them Hall of Famers and all time greats) is ducking Floyd? Floyd has been ducking a smaller man. It would be like if Leonard had ducked Duran. Disgusting! Wake up!

    I categorically agree with you! I have written for boxing websites, interviewed countless boxers, trainers, promoters (including Arum) and have inside info on this situation. I didn't want to believe it, but I am 100% certain that Floyd ducks dudes and it sickens me to say it because I really thought he would be my generation's Sugar Ray Robinson. I am a fan of both guys as boxers but I am a bigger fan of Manny's mentality. The problem with the Floyd fanatics is that they are like criminal defense attorneys ---they don't care about the truth, they simply wish to defend their client.

    styles make fights.

    theftjr doesnt box southpaws, he fights them.

    offense vs. offense, pac all day and twice on sunday.



    pretty sure if he were fighting 90pct southpaws, he will be more offensive minded just like pac.

    it is different when you are constantly fighting opposite stance. you develop different techiniques, different habits.

    No, he twice negotiated in bad faith. HUGE difference my friend! Answer this question: if Floyd ever fights him how does that not prove that he has been ducking him? Do you think Manny will ever leave Arum? If Arum was truly the issue, why would Floyd still fight him? I'll answer it for you ---because it was an excuse that he made to duck him and he waited till he was more confident of the victory and it suddenly wasn't an issue.
