To be honest I think he belongs ahead of Pac. He is better skilled and a better fighter then Pac, but Floyds personality prevents him from being loved by boxing fans, while Pacs is more appreciated. If the table was turned and Floyd had Pac personality and Pac had his or they both had that people champs persona about them. Floyd skill level would over shadow Pacs. If they do fight and Mayweather dominates him, there should be no doubt in nobody mind that he's just the better between the two.
