Considering that emmanuel didn't want it with Williams, I would buy Floyd vs Williams. Williams isn't the best fighter, but his size fills in the gap caused by his lack of skills.

Young Mayweather vs Martinez would be another fight worth watching. Floyd has an easier time with Mart than he does emmanuel.

Williams and Martinez are tied up with each other though, so we know those fights won't happen.

$ vs Berto is the "weakest" opponent that can pass for me.

Floyd wouldn't ever fight someone who doesn't make for a marketable fight at this stage of his career.
