If Floyd fights Cotto in May, does all the "him ducking Cotto" BS disappear?

Cotto is not the type of fighter to duck or dodge anyone, proof is on his resume. Only common opponent Mayweather should have fought by now is
Antonio Margarito. Floyd fans can say all they want, but fights are fought in the ring, not on paper or speculation. :deal

Lol! That same chick would undress herself in front of him and he'd tuck his ***** between his legs and scurry away.

    Agreed,

It will still be a respectable win, but its signifance is no where near as great as it would have been had these two met prior to Cotto getting hammered by Margarito. In either case, I would have picked Floyd to beat Cotto regardless of when they fought, but the stock value of this fight has dropped considerably over the past 3 years.

Pac never took the test for that fight, that could be mayweather arguement in justifying its not pacquiaos left overs.

No... as long as he fights him @ 154. Cotto is still a champ and is on a winning streak. Good, legit fight for Floyd.

Cotto was a very rough round the edges fighter at 140 and below, he was nowhere near Floyds level when Floyd supposedly ducked him.

Cotto v Pacman or Floyd at 154 is a cracking fight. Cotto looks great at 154.

This is the best fight us fans can hope for. Pac and Floyd v any fighter at 140 is ****!

Bradley, Peterson, Khan are all **** fights for the 2 top boys.

It'll be nice to see, but it's too late. But it's not like many people thought Cotto would win at any time. Cept a few die hard fans.

I would still like to see a Floyd vs Cotto fight at 154 but fight should have happened around 07 - Cotto's prime
