If mayweather fights martinez @ 154 then how would people rank floyds recent bouts against pacquiaos?

Pac fights Clottey at WW and floyd fights mosley at WW

Pac fights margarito at 150 CW and floyd fights martinez at LMW

also, floyd beat better versions of hatton and de la hoya
    ..............................

I cant see this fight happening but if it did would people still be saying that manny has been fighting more quality opponents that floyd in recent years?

im not slating manny right now as he is clearly ahead of mayweather in most boxing fans eyes but i just wanna know how this fight would change that! :think

Mayweather needs to fight Pacquiao...that bout won't go away, even if he fights Martinez.

But if Pacquiao is taking 6 months off like Roach has been suggesting, and Mayweather fights Martinez in May/June (possibly beats him)...and then Pacquiao later in the year, that would be something. But seen as he only seems to be fighting once a year at this stage in his career, it sounds more fantasy...

    If that happens.

Then Pac's fight is the least of my worries. I'll worry about real life things, because that is one of the sign that the end of the world is nearing.

If he beat martinez, that'd be the best win on his resume.. it'd be close, but i'd still say pac's recent resume is better. If Mayweather, were more active, I'd pick him over pacquiao's recent resume..but his inactivity and "vacations" are hurting him.

this fight at 154 vindicates him of cherrypicking/cowardice that some accuse him of imo. but if he wants both vindication and cash, pac is the man to fight.

I wanted to scream WTF? when I 1st read this but then I stopped, thought about it, ate a egg mayo sandwich and decided it's not a bad shout. Betmakers would probably end up having floyd as a favourite but I'd like to see who all the writers and trainers would pick :think

    I would.

I think martinez should be the favorite between mayweather and sergio.

a left handed fighter who can punch and has good movement.

two inch hight and a four inch reach on mayweather.

this fight wont happen, but if it does mayweather will probably loose.

if it does happen and mayweather wins what makes you think he wont retire again after such a big win?

Mayweather fighting either Pac or Martinez would be great.

Pac would still have a lot of available opponents at 147.

Im up for watching Floyld vs Martinez as a warm up for the pac fight. I doubt this happens unless Pac wont take the ****ing tests.
