Sugar Ray Leonard was bigger than Floyd is today, 60/40 in Ray's favour.

Except Pac already agreed to all his testing demands. After that, Floyd switched to the money issue. When he started being called a coward on every website and in every newspaper, he blatantly said he wouldn't fight him to protect his health, because he loves his kids and wants to be there for them.

They would not come to an agreement. They have egos the size of Mrs. Bika and are use to being able to "call the shots" in negotiations.

Ray would be the bigger draw and have the leverage. Mayweather was a four division champ before he even became a household name. When he was at his best, he was drawing 6K to the MGM and Mandalay; Leonard was filling stadiums. He won Gold too, another bragging right.
