If Floyd fought and beat GGG at 154, would that diminish his win significantly?

Yes it would diminish it of course but as a welterweight, it'd still be very impressive victory to have.

Maybe, but if one person makes demands and the other accepts simply because of money on has to ask at what point is the fight and in some cases a title being bought. If you ask me two fighters should be both bringing their very best into the ring otherwise to some extent the fight is tainted.

BINGO. And at one point does Floyd start buying his victories? This bs was made popular by Leonard and perfected by Floyd.

not really as GGG wanted to come down to 154
mayweather just said on an interview that if he was still fighting he would fight him at 160

No chance in hell PBF would try Golovkin at 160.

If he did, he'd get pummelled into puree'.

If he beat GGG at 160 ... well ... I can't actually imagine that scenario. Does not compute for me. The real SOG would be PBF ;)
