    I actually agree with everything you've said in this thread, but...


    Cutting the weight is an extremely draining experience. Even if he put it back on, hos body probably didn't recover from drying out. Margarito was dead at the weight. The 17 lbs meant nothing.(Not like he would've beaten Pac anyway. Huge difference in quality)

    Floyd never used and rehydration clauses or had catch weight fights that was the trend of another fighter. I think the Canelo fight will happen as soon as Golden boy gives the ok, Floyd going to be a dick about the contract because of Canelo bailling on the undrcard.

    If you don't act like a dick about the contract, then Nelo will. Trout got a raw deal in his contract.

    I can't see him being "dead" when he showed no signs of slowing down as he pressure Manny, until of course he got hurt. I'm sure it did have some sort of effect.

    You forgot to include Floyd also...but Floyd is even more of a ***** because he couldn't even make the catchweight.
