If Floyd fought with an offensive mindset, he'd look so much more unbeatable

Mosley was shot when both Pac and Floyd fought him.

The reason someone would say that is just because they've never boxed and that person doesn't know how to watch a fight....

You mean Mosley before the 18 months of inactivity?

Yeah, even that Mosley was shot compared to in his prime. Margacheato just sucked without the plastered hands.

Mosley was going to 'outbox and KO him'?- yet Mayweather entered as a 4/1 favorite. Don't kid yourself. That was a good win, but few expected Mosley to beat Mayweather- I'm sure you could drag up some 4 post thread from some dumbass, but it was far from the consensus opinion.

Godd answer.. Go to the line which you never played in your sorry ass life. And by the way the line moved 2 hours before the fight in Vegas and it was far from 4/1 so take that **** elsewhere...

There are times when Mayweather does get aggressive.
He was aggressive for a good portion of the Cotto fight as well.
Mayweather can more than hold his own, but it also means he gets hit more in that mode and Mayweather does'nt like that part of boxing.
He picks and chooses who he gets aggressive with these days.
A Canelo Alvarez he certainly would not, would'nt be prudent.

If Mayweather wants to keep his 0, he best remain defensive.

So are you implying that Mosley was not shot when he faced Floyd?

He's terrified of getting countered. That's why he rarely puts his punches together. The fact he can win so many rounds/fights using this amateur point style while having almost no power is kind of impressive to me.

I'm not sure. Had he been more offensive minded, he would've probably beaten up some fighters in more convincing fashion but AT THE EXPENSE of losing. Take Manny for instance. Manny beat up on Cotto, De La Hoya and Hatton in ways Floyd couldn't. He TKO'd or KO's the 3 of them. Flyd, meanwhile, won by SD vs De La hoya, had a tough fight with Cotto and KO'd Hatton but took him 10 rounds whilst Manny did it in 2.

here's the problem though - Manny took more risks and could've been KO'd by any 3 of them, just so happens things went his way. Now let;s look at Marquez. Manny was beating Marquez but made a mistake and got KO'd whilst Floyd just didn't allow Marquex to touch him... Manny has had tough fights with Marquez but has sent JM to canvas like 5-6 times in 4 fights...

So, Floyd is undefeated because he is so elusive, hard to hit and very careful. His fights haven't been terribly exciting but he's been smart; had he fought more offensively he would've exposed himself more and could have 1-2 losses by now.
