Floyd beat pac head to head in 2015 at welterweight.
Floyd might also beat pac in 2011 but who could possibly knows.
Floyd is a better fighter in terms of skills and grace.
In the all time sense of achievement and greatness, I have Pac slightly ahead of mayweather, mainly due to resume and the number of weight classes he excelled in.

This is arguable and I have no issues with anyone that have mayweather ahead.

Fair play, but only reason we dont know is because floyd wouldnt dare.hes in layman terms a *****,when you consider he fought everyone he knew he could beat and not who he might not.
Clever no doubt, but he cant acclaim to be tbe or anywere near it when the ppl anywere near that staus had to risk life and limb for it.not wait till a midget as he called him burnt out slowed down then he roided for the fight.
Then made the fight as dismal as can be for the entire world who still bought into it.

I am of the opinion that Floyd beats Pac whenever they fought, whether 2009 or 2029, Head to head I simply believe he is greater. However I also believe that Pacquaio is undeniably greater overall exactly for the reason outlined in this post. If Mayweather had have really pushed himself and fought tougher opposition, the ability was there that we might be talking about the greatest fighter who ever lived.

Doubt Floyd has any regrets, after all he got ALL the money. It's prize fighting not legacy fighting.
