Find your best examples. Mine is Whitaker-Chavez.

    Pacquiao vs Ricky Hatton.
Pac plays the part of Pac, and Mayweather plays the part of Hatton.

Nah, seriously it'd be a good fight. Not really sure what to compare it to. It could be similar to Pac vs JMM, but Pac is a lot better than that now to get constantly caught coming in. Pac is going to make him fight (Floyd can't just run around and have his way), and Mayweather will make Pac miss some shots, and land some good counters.
I do think Floyd gives in eventually to the pressure though... If he doesn't knock out Pac then I'm 100% sure he gives in to the pressure.

So, I'll say this fight will look similar to Margarito vs Cotto.

You can't win talking to Floyd fans.

Castillo gave him all he could handle when Floyd was at his best weight, Pac is a better fighter than Castillo ever was.

Yet Floyd is going to beat Pac no problem according to his fans because he beat Baldomir, Gatti and Hatton. Which is impressive.....somehow....for an elite fighter. I'd say it was EXPECTED of an elite fighter to beat such guys with ease.

So Floyd won't cut Pac's out put with counter punches just like he does the rest of his opponents? I would agree with the Whitaker Chavez comparison. Or Pac vs Morales 1.

:rofl:lol: Haterass. all you do is hate.
First off 135 is not Floyd's best weight
Also it was his first fight at the weight and was coming in with a bunch of injuries.
Also Floyd is better than Rustico, Marquez, Morales and that other no name guy the knocked Manny out

Please come with some better **** than that

What's his best weight then, 130? because it's clearly not 147.

For what its worth, Floyd looked terrible at 135 until the Ndou fight, and golden golden golden at 140. 140 was his best and most convincing claim for real greatness outside the Corrales fight, offensive and quickfooted. His last few fights at 130 and all the fights at 135 were NOT great performances, maybe making the weight kept him from feeling strong, but those lesser fighters were able to pressure him and push him around. From Carlos Hernandez to Chavez to Castillo twice to Sosa was his worst period, though he won, I think, all those fights, it was not always in super dominating or even entertaining fashion, and he didn't look very strong in any of those fights, not like he did against Ndou or Corrales or Gatti.

Plenty of Floyd fans on here say floyd at 130 - 135 was a BEAST!(their words) Has it now all changed again? What a ****ing surprise.

A bunch of injuries? Name them all please. Did he have injuries in the second that was scored closer? Or does scoring now not count anymore either because Mayweather is part of it?

WHAT IS FLOYDS BEST WEIGHT THEN AND WHAT WAS HIS PEAK?

Oh yeah, for you to say Marquez and Morales are 'no name' fighters.......wtf!

Let me encapsulate his whole career: all his early performances were stellar outclassings, really polished, except the trouble in the reggie sanders fight. His domination of Genaro Hernandez, a good champion, so early in his career, followed up with dominations of Angel Manfredy, and Corrales, were his peak, very early, clearly ATG skill. Then he slumped from Hernandez to Ndou, and shined from Ndou to Mitchell. Lately, he has looked GREAT again against Mosley and Marquez, but his greatest peak is still his early career from start to Corrales, with only a minor blip for Sanders and Emmanuel Augustus even giving him close rounds.
