If Floyd Mayweather is a cherry picker; Then why did he pick those cherries?

true there is more to a person's prime than their age, but Shane's 40 was a lot older than someone like Bernard's 40 considering the multiple beatings Shane has taken

Some guys like Lennox peaked in their mid 30s, while Tyson and Benitez peaked in the early 20s.

But there is no doubt that version of Mosley was not top notch. He hardly threw a punch for the last 10 rds of the fight

Marvin Hagler, top 5 middleweight of all time - Floyd is able to win his fights because the status of the fighters isn't as great as years ago

Roberto Duran, arguably greatest lightweight of all time - Floyd Mayweather would have been ordinary in my era

Not me saying it. Just two of the greatest and most accomplished boxers of all time. But I'm sure you would know better

I tend to agree with you that Floyd is held to a different standard. He did that to himself by mouthing off about being the best ever.

As far as Pac, he is an overachiever. Very humble. Came out of nowhere (Philippines) with no real amateur background to be the #1 or 2 guy in the sport. He took on much bigger opponents and won impressively way above his natural weight-class.

Floyd on the flip side is more of an underachiever. Something like Roy Jones Jr.

I want to know what you guys think. What is Floyds best win?

We all know Floyd is an amazing talent. One of the best in the past 20 years. Many of us disagree with his resume or opposition. What win was his great victory?

Floyd only fought Dela Hoya after both Floyd & Oscar had ducked Antonio Margarito who had just destroyed unbeaten Cotto making him kneel & QUIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Floyd only fought Mosely after seein him juiced to the gills fighting a sick weight drained demoralised Tony Margarito.
Look what Paquaio did to Oscar ? kicked his ass & embarassed him into retirement. Floyd got a lucky splir dec over Oscar.
Floyd's cherry picking did come unstuck in his last fight against Maidana. Anywhere but Vegas floyd would have LOST!!!!! Thats why he'll never fight anywhere but Vegas they wont let him lose there

His best win all things factored in is the Corrales win. His win versus DLH would be second on my list.
