A trilogy with Oscar de la Hoya is a mouthwatering prospect for someone who likes money as much as Floyd. Say he inserts a rematch clause, and eats Oscar jabs all night on purpose, dropping the decision and getting paid for a third time?

If Floyd actually lost a prize fight, he'd be so devastated and depressed, he'd be put on suicide alert.

Floyd is too proud to lose a fight. He'd never throw one, if he lost he would be absolute gutted, and we would never see him again.

HELL NO Floyd's whole image hinges on his undefeated record it allows him to maintain an illusion of perfection . Real fight fans of course know there's no such thing but PBF doesn't fight for those fans.

Hasn't Floyd had a rematch clause in most of his big fights?

Mayweather wouldn't do that. I can't think of any professional fighter that would do that.

he wouldnt throw it. he is so egotitical that if he lost one he would freak.
Why do you think he avoids real competition???
He would also lose the only thing that has been keeping him atop. His record. Once he has a loss his career is done since no one really likes him.

    No.

Too much pride to lose intentionally.
