If Floyd really wants the fight, why did he have to move the goalpost? AGAIN?

Explain Floyd letting his team know to contact Arum to make the fight last year and Arum said he wasn't interested.

Explain why Arum's answer to why he hasn't contacted Floyd's team is because he doesn't know who to contact. Which he said again after Floyd put it out there who he should contact.

There is no way anyone can give a logical explaination to either, which is why so many have their finger pointed at Pac for ducking this fight.
