In this case I guess it does. It seems that anybody can make it to the Hall of Fame of boxing. I would say that in other sports, if you make it to the Hall of Fame, you are considered an All-time great. That's pretty much the list I had in mind, considering how the Boxing Hall of Fame does it. But IMO, the only guys who should be Hall of Fame fighters are Oscar, Marquez, Mosley and Cotto. The rest of the guys are good but just a notch below Hall of Fame. If Gatti got in, I'd imagine most of the guys you named would get in also.
