Floyd v.s. Ortiz is just a warm-up fight for the former.

Pacquiao lost to Morales and Barrera is not that great of a counterpuncher.

Yet you always try to push it onto us that manny is like all the other southpaws Floyd has fought. All the lefies Floyd has fought are the kind you apply pressure onto. manny is the type of southpaw who comes towards you and attempts to pressure.

He lost to Morales when he was raw one-handed fighter.

Barrera is a very good counter puncher , you should look at his fights a little more closely. Check out his fight with Marquez, one of the best displays counter punching /boxing you'll ever see.

How much do you wanna bet Floyd will fight Ortiz the exact same way he's fought every other southpaw? Ortiz is an aggressive southpaw. Just watch and see .

    foreal man :patsch
I remember when we kept explaining to him that Manny gives up some of his southpaw advantage and Floyd will fight him differently than the other southpaws he's faced and he still wouldn't listen.

If Floyd struggles with Ortiz that will give you all the certainty that he will smash Pacman. Floyd comes from a half year layoff and is 34 years old. When he realized that he struggles with Ortiz he will jump in next gear training and will take all the necessary adjustments to beat a good fighter and a very bad boxer like Pacman. He will school him, but the best part is that Floyd will beat Manny to the punches too. Floyd is better than Pac all around. When he box he is the best, when he fights inside he is the best and when he is the slugger he is also the best. The best fighter in history will beat the best ped guy in boxing history period. That kind of ideas that people are trying to think to see Mayweather losing to Pac will banish as soon as the fight between them start. And like always a bunches of tantrums and excuses after the 43-0. Sorry guys keep dreaming. Is most pausible that he lose with Ortiz than with Pacped.

I'll spell it out for you. Zab was the ONLY southpaw that managed to win any rounds against Floyd. emmanuel fights nothing like Zab. You being an emmanuel fanatic should know this.

emmanuel seeks the approval of the crowd and getting hit in the face in the face is a habit he developed to "entertain" people.

Zab is his own man and doesn't give a rat's AZZ about impressing anyone. Kid a boxer who feels he's above getting hit and attempts to get the slick on. This isn't emmanuel at all.

Pacquiao still is a one handed fighter. He has a poor jab, and does pretty much all of his damage with his left hand. He beat Morales when Morales was past it, and had to struggle mightily to make weight.

That's possible. Floyd said that he doesn't even had a strength and conditioning coach. Ben Thompson said Ellerbe is his coach, but it's mostly old school and traditional stuff. His mental and technical game can't get that much better, but he could go out and get his own Alex Ariza or Victor Conte.

PAC would get drove, he's a rhythm fighter and Floyd would frustrate and confuse him.
