So he needs to drag down a middleweight titlist to a weight class that he has a career 0-0 record at?

    No.

Im all for watching GGG pound floyds face in but i see no reason why they should fight. GGG needs to take care of his weight class and then look to move up and fight ward. floyd fights at 147 and GGG at 160.

Don't use the "hasn't done ****" BS excuse, it just makes your argument silly and weak.

GGG is already entering a lot of respectable top ten PFP lists.

No one should expect this fight for the simple reason that noone would ever expect FLoyd to challenge himself ala Duran, DLH, Pac, etc.

Floyd doesn't have to fight anybody.

Personally, I don't think he has any business even fighting at 154, the guy is really a JWW fighter fighting outside of his division now for 10 years. I mean he walks around at about 152 lbs outside of training.

if floyd wanted to test himself he would've fought brook and thurman instead of maidana twice. triple G has no business draining down to 154 anyway.

Brok, Thurman, Garcia etc. are not a threat to loyd. Floyd avoids the fight, he's like a fusion of Haye from the Wlad fight and Lara from the Canelo fight. He's a master in avoiding the fight. All those guys are nothing special, you need a special fighter to beat Floyd. A 2009 Pac, a hungry Pac would destroy him, a shot DLH who still had something in him beat him, a brawler like Maidana beat him in the first fight .. those guy have a charakter.

Today, there's only GGG left and he would be Floyd's biggest threat in his whole career.

Perhaps because he didn't really want to? I am sure if Floyd were guaranteed $100 million to fight someone at 140 he would easily make the weight.

Floyd can fight in Kazakhstan, in front of 40 000 people, with PPV against Golovkin and would make as much as in his next fight.

Wrong. Has to be at 160. All time greats of the past went up in weight and fought the best in their own weight division.

So the... MW...wants to fight the...WW...who started his pro career at ...SFW...instead of pushing for the fight with the best...SMW...who has said he would happily take the fight.

Am I missing anything? What is wrong with this picture?

How is that unfair? Floyd fans who hate Oscar always bring up his loss to hopkins and sturm when trying to discredit him. Lets see Floyd grow some ***** and step up like that.

When did Ward say something like that?? :rofl Golovkin was looking for that fight since 2012, Ward rather fought some guy called Rodriguez and now he's fighting leftovers from Artur Abraham.
Stop mentioning this guy, he's not relevant anymore.
