If Floyd thinks he is TBE, he HAS TO fight Golovkin at 154

First of all, this has nothing to do with what I said

Second, while what you said may very well be true, there is a much higher risk in fighting GGG at 154 in Kazakhstan than fighting someone like Garcia or Khan at 147 in Vegas.

I am not sure if people forget that Floyd started at 106 lbs or just want to see him lose that badly, but it is pretty unreasonable to expect Floyd to fight an unproven commodity like GGG at 154.

Why feed this thread it's moronic to say the least.....clearly GGG is the larger man here and his size and strength would probably overwhelm Floyd that would never replace the fact that Floyd is the greater boxer skill wise technically etc etc what a pathetic attempt to glorify GGG....GGG is an awesome fighter still yet to prove himself againts anyone even remotely close to a hall of famer let him build his legacy vs other natural middle weights and stop the bull.

No, it's just logical. There are no real opponents for Floyd, Floyd fought several times at 154, it's his weight, he doen't even need to step up. GGG wants to fight at 154, so make that fight happen.
Why would anyone wantto see Khan, Garcia, Brook etc. aginst Floyd? The outcome is obvious anyway and it will be terrible boring.
Besides that, Floyd has never fought someone from the European mainland.

Ok, first off don't call me a *****. You don't know me or my disposition towards boxers at all.

Secondly, the Marquez fight happened after a 21 month long layoff/semi-retirement. NO excuses, he should've made the weight, but for a guy coming off almost a 2 year layoff, I give him somewhat of a pass for it. I don't think the outcome of THAT fight would've changed one bit regardless of the weightclass they fought in.

If they fought again, I'd expect a similar result.

Lastly, I don't care what your perception is on what's considered an adequate size JWW or WW. Danny Garcia walks around heavier than FLoyd Mayweather does, and he's been the lineal JWW champion for several years now.

He's not a big WW, and he definitely has no business fighting guys at 154 lbs since most of them walk in on fight night around 168-170.

Floyd is already an ATG regardless of what happens on May 2nd.

His ranking would take a huge hit with a loss. All those cherrypicking accusations of the past would fuel the "I told you so"s.

I, for one, would not mind seeing Floyd vs. Khan or Floyd vs. Thurman.

The fact of the matter is GGG is unproven at 154. I am not sure why it is so difficult for you to understand. If Floyd were to fight Golovkin now and beat him, most people would give him zero credit because "GGG was weight drained", "GGG had zero wins at 154", "GGG was a hypejob", etc.

And if Floyd took the fight and wins because GGG isn't able to go hard for 12 rds because he drained himself trying to make weight, you would immediately scream foul and say how there's an asterisk for this fight because Floyd didn't face GGG at his best weight.

And I don't wanna hear any LIES saying you wouldn't. Your too much of a fanboy for anyone to believe otherwise.

    Let it go.

No, he did not beat anyone in his prime and even lost at least three fights. Oscar won the fight, Maidana did, Castillo did and Mosley was way past his prime. There is hardly a fight where Floyd looks great, he's just avoiding. He never looked good like Pac against DLH or Rios recently. No power no love for the sport ..

Floyd is just the Sven Ottke of WW. Hardly anyone could beat Ottke but this was because of referees, a terrible style and cherry picking. Still he got a place in the HOF.

No, 154 is usually GGG's weight outside the camp. As he said, it's not a problem to get this weight, especially for 100 Million Dollars.

The thing is GGG wouldn't be getting 100 Million dollars for that fight
