I actually eat 4 times a day and snack all day. None of my portions are large though, maybe thats why.... The only way i can put on weight is by building muscle. If i do not work out, i lose weight. it is kind of sad but people say is a blessing...
Doesn't have to be large portions. Very small portions that would make up 8 meals a day would be the best way. Although plenty of sleep is also essential. "you only grow while asleep". The reasons for some many portions is the actual rate the food you intake lasts within the body which is about 2 hours. Although you can buy an insanely expensive version of protein shake that lasts for 7 hours, obviously with that you would want to take it just before bed so it would work the entire time you're asleep, but **** paying that, actually food wise eggs would last the longest in your body so just take that instead.
I may have to try it bc i do not sleep that much, about 6 hours everyday. That may be what the problem. Thanks for the tip going to try it.
You must be saying this as a physically big but financially puny little "man". Being a man is about how you handle business affairs and the extent to which you can provide for your family. I always thought that dudes who talk like you invariably have either small money or a small *****. But if you're under 21 and don't hold a high-paying job - which I'm sure you don't - then I understand that you would need to compensate in some way
