Oh and Cotto is not tied up lock stock. If PBF was to say tomorrow I want Cotto in the fall the fight would be a done deal.

Margarito has a high work rate ... he throws alot of punches often winging shots and alot of uppercuts from a distance.
Gomez is seen as a tune given that he hasn't fought any top 10 ranked fighters (by the WBA) ... this is his first title fight ... and before this his most significant fight was against Arturo Gatti.
This is a voluntary defense for Cotto who's using this as a gateway to fighting the winner of Margarito v Cintron.

I don't get how the guys he beat get sooo much clout when they haven't acheived anything in recent years and were fighting on their names alone ... they didn't bring anything to the table against Cotto besides a name. He has never beat a reigning champion and has been fighting up and comers.
