If Foreman had a titanium leg would he have won the fight?

    He was 6-1 down before the knee became an issue.

    Nope. Foreman only wins by decision and he was way too down on the cards to win a decision. That's the problem with feather-fisted guys. . .the odds are always against them even in close fights since they can't win by KO.

    no way, i cant believe i'm reading "foreman would have won if not injured..." posts he was clearly getting beaten and worked as the fight progressed before the injury.

    A Foreman win was looking unlikley going into the 7th round, then after the knee went, it was almost impossible for him to win as it took most of Foreman's style away.

    At 100% Foreman was competitive, but being outclassed. At 30% (after injury), he was a wounded animal, and easy pickings.

    He was injured from the beginning, as evidence of the knee brace showed. He just aggravated later.

    Foreman doesn't possess the power to overcome a large deficit. A titanium leg or spare tire wouldn't have made a difference.
