it was a fix , or would u explain y d ropes were like they were and Ali fought d way he did ? don't tell me what u think he could have done differently , tell me y u think he did what he did .
Whether Dundee doctored the ropes or not,it made very little difference to the outcome,Frank. In 1974,a top shape and motivated Muhammad Ali was simply too much for George Foreman. Styles maketh the match. Frazier and Norton would always have pushed Ali to the limit - Foreman would forever slaughter Joe and Ken,while Muhammad found George easy in comparisson.
1) A lie 2)"Your opinion" Dundee admitted that he doctored them and his reasoning 4 it was that he coudln't find ropes that would fit d ring . Ali was so much 4 George Foreman that he had 2 cheat in order 2 remain d champion , d championship was meaningless since b4 JL Sullivan and Ali's era was no exception , except when Foreman held it . Frazier , Norton , Chuvalo , Doug Jones , Henry Cooper , Larry Holmes , Jimmy Young , Earnie Shavers , Joe Bugner (?) would always have pushed Ali 2d limit , as well as Carl Williams , Tim Witherspoon , Pinklon Thomas and others , not 2 mention those who'd actually beat him , like d Klitschkos , Lewis , Bowe (probably) , Akinwande (probably) & Tyson . It weren't styles that decided this fight .
It was d ropes that helped Ali 2 remain upright while still being able 2 bend backwards , helping him at both absorbing and avoiding Foreman's heavier punches .
