Joe Frazier had mental fortitude that Tyson could not possibly fathom.Tyson could dominate a mentally weak group, but when the chips were down, bet on the fellow that could physically and mentally stand up to Iron Mike.Muhammed would have been in Mike's head from the get-go and would have owned him by fight night before either one got in the ring.

pick-em fight. I could see Tyson beating Ali. Everyone keeps talking "mental this, mental that." Tyson wasn't a mental midget. At the end of the day , styles make fights, and these two guys match up well. Tyson has the style, skill ,and physical attributes to give Ali some problems.

Tyson could maybe beat Ali once. Ali would win fights II and III.

Prime Foreman destroys Tyson every time they meet.

  10. it is a fact, styles make fights

I know what Foreman did to Frazier, but at the same time, Foreman leaves himself wide open when he attacks.

For a guy with Tyson's speed, and two fisted power, I think Tyson has a good chance of landing some huge punches on Foreman and putting him down.

I'm not saying Foreman wouldn't get up, but I think Tyson is discounted too easily.

Even with Ali, Tyson can't be count out. Ali often has his hands down, and Tyson is a very explosive fighter.

I have no doubt that at some point of the fight Tyson will land something big and really test Ali's chin.

At the same time, I think Ali has the intelligence to make adjustements as necessary, and the fortitude to get up.

But again, Tyson is being discounted too easily.

Well, if boxing fans say he can't you had better listen.

    They never get predictions wrong.

They have many sage-like qualities, especially in the gf.
